HEAVY EQUIPMENT - OPERATOR
Tasks include all site work preparation for cell tower foundations. Such as; digging, grading, leveling, tying rebar, concrete work, building forms, spreading stone, laying pipe, and more. You must have experience in operating equipment such as; excavators, dozers, backhoes, rollers, etc. We mainly operate caterpillar equipment. You will be working under a supervisor and on a 2-4 person crew. Knowledge of basic engineering, construction principals and methods, reading blueprints and experience in construction are greatly desired. Salary based on experience. Hours vary, but normally range Monday-Thursday 10-12 hour days
HEAVY CONSTRUCTION - LABORER
We are looking for a competent Construction Worker who is well diversified with the knowledge and skills in multiple areas. The construction services that we provide include; tower foundations, site clearing, erosion & sediment control, tying rebar, pipe laying, site grading, road construction, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks, complete turn-key telecommunication sites. You will be asked to assist other team members and machine operators in construction projects. You will be working under a supervisor and on a 2-4 person crew. Knowledge of basic engineering, construction principals and methods, reading blueprints and experience in construction are greatly desired. Salary based on experience. Hours vary, but normally range Monday-Thursday 10-12 hour days
HEAVY EQUIPMENT - MECHANIC
Must have knowledge in all aspects of equipment repair and maintenance.
Experience in operating equipment like excavators, dozers, skid steers, trenchers, drills, hammers etc. You will be responsible for repairing, cleaning, routine maintenance, internal inspections of excavators, dozers, backhoes, rollers, small tools, etc. A CDL is strongly desired. You may be asked to haul equipment to and from jobsites or customers. Must have mechanic experience. Salary based on experience. Hours vary, but normally range Monday-Friday with flexibility between 7:00am-5:00pm

We are looking for full time, part time and as needed employees who are well diversified with the knowledge and skills in multiple areas. Our services range from buying, selling and renting equipment to a wide variety of job site preparation and earth moving construction. You may be asked to help our team in any of these areas. Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential. You must have physical strength and endurance, work well as a team, follow instructions and be attentive to safety procedures and standards.
